Rozario Touma, P.C., Secures Licensing Agreements for a $65 Million Development Project

As real estate development continues to rise in New York, our Client, a Manhattan Development Company, sought access to adjacent properties

during the construction of a $65 Million development project in the Bronx, New York. Despite initial resistance from the property owners,  Partner, Rovin Rozario and Partner, Christopher Tucker,  successfully secured six licensing agreements through artful negotiations and litigation. The licensing agreements provided our Client access to the properties throughout all phases of the development project. With construction underway, the project will introduce a three-building development complex that will provide affordable housing to the Bronx community.
