Rozario Touma, P.C., Obtains Defense Verdict, Despite Plaintiff’s Numerous Surgeries
Following a three-day jury trial in Queens County Supreme Court, Partners Rovin Rozario and Hiba Touma win a defense verdict. The Plaintiff claimed
that as a result of an automobile accident, he needed six (6) surgeries on various body parts. After taking the jury through a journey of excessive and warrantless surgeries, the jury returned a unanimous defense verdict.
